after a lengthy period securing numerous estimates to replace my furnace and air conditioning system, i decided to go with tdh. the decision was made from a combination of price and the knowledge and expertise of mark who provided the original estimate and follow up discussions with tim the owner. the installation went flawlessly and i could not be happier. installers wally, jesus and chris were exceptional. they included me in all decisions throughout the install process. they treated my home with respect and were courteous and very neat through the entire process. i cannot say enough about the quality of the workmanship of this install. it was flawlessly executed and i could not be happier.

I wish we would have found TDH Mechanical 15 years ago. We have a old home that needed upgrading. Central Air system, and we discovered we needed to correct our boiler / stainless steel chimney liner. The liner was undersized for the current boiler, which was 15 years old. Tim Hanc met with us and recommended a Navien Combi tankless system. Which will handle both the radiant heat and our hot water for the home. Wall Wojtowicz along with Jorge and Jesus were on the job at 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and finished the installation in one day. Wally and his team were unbelievable, the work ethic they have is unmatched. Any other company would have had their mail forwarded. at least for three days. Wally, Jeorge and Jesus also installed the Unico A/C System, after 30 years of window bangers, we know can relax and finally enjoy. Thank you Tim, Wally, Jorge and Jesus for a Superior Construction Experience with both installations. TDH Mechanical is our HVAC Company of choice!!!!!! :)

Wally did a thorough job, was conscious to keep the area clean, and answered questions I had.

I got quotes for different brands of mini split/heat pump installation. Each quote stated that it would probably require cutting into the drywall. One even stated they would have to replace all of the pipes behind the drywall. The Mistsubishi mini split/heat pump for my 4 season room fit in perfectly, even though it replaced a different brand. I have some slight touch up painting to do, but no dry wall repair. Wally installed the unit and the work was very professional, clean up was great, and the unit is warming my 4 season room nicely. It is running much quieter than the inside portion of the previous unit did.

Prompt, clean, explains everything. Would have him back for future service.

Wally went above and beyond to overcome a number of issues that came up in the course of the project. He was always upbeat and the finished product is beautiful! Jesus is obviously a good helper too

Chris went above and beyond his service call to our practice. He was knowledgeable, and showed excellent critical thinking skills. We had birds making a home in our vents and he created a solution to prevent them from coming back. Fees were very competitive and fair. Thank you!

I had a sense one of our furnaces (newly installed) was not always coming on when needed. I thought it might be the signal from the thermostat. When the technician arrived he cycled through the thermostat for me. The settings appeared correct. He then checked the furnace and found an error code. He corrected the problem and explained it to me. Throughout the visit Rolando Carrera was patient, communicated clearly, technically competent and thorough in his work.

Great job

Kris really did a great job for us. He diagnosed the problem right away, managed a temporary fix to get our hot water restored, and then worked closely with the manufacturer to send a new heat exchanger promptly. He then installed it over the course of a day, much longer than he anticipated. But he kept at it until the job was done.

Kris gave an honest opinion and provided a thorough quote for the job of replacing boiler
